How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer standard shipping with bpost, which typically takes 5-8 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. If you're not happy with your order, simply contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Please note that only unwashed items in the original packaging can be returned.
Are there any additional costs?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (outside EU). Silly Goose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
